The International Standards for Hospitality Service and Customer Success training has successfully concluded.

Organized by ISHAREPA in collaboration with the Department of Tourism Region 1 (DOT R1) and the University of Northern Philippines(UNP), the training brought together hospitality professionals committed to elevating service excellence through international standards.
