The Ilocos Sur Hospitality and Establishment Professionals’ Association (ISHAREPA) and the Divine Word College of Vigan – College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (DWCV-CHTM) have officially sealed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on September 3, 2025!

This partnership aims to strengthen academic–industry collaboration by providing students with internship opportunities, industry training, and professional exposure, while fostering stronger ties between the academe and the hospitality sector in Ilocos Sur.
