The Ilocos Sur Hospitality And Related Establishment Professionals Association in collaboration with the Department of Tourism Region 1 and UNP-College Of Hospitality and Tourism Management conducted another set of Filipino Brand of Service Excellence Training for the staff and management of Santiago Cove Hotel and its affiliate business establishments last June 25 and 26, 2024.

As we gear up to promote the D.O.T. program and reach greater heights for our industry professionals. This training is focused on providing world-class service to our guests and enhancing their capability to cater to our broader sets of nationalities.
