2nd Leg FBSE Training

Ilocos Sur Hospitality And Related Establishment Professionals Association in collaboration with UNP-College Of Hospitality and Tourism Management and the Department of Tourism Region 1 has summed up one of the several Filipino Brand of Service Excellence Training programs. This initiative will accelerate in reaching its potential in our Industry and honed the skills of our Industry Professionals.

The first on the list was Hotel Luna, their staff learned the value of Filipino Hospitality and its integral contribution to Philippine Tourism.  The training had our participants learn key points to enhance guest experience and touch the hearts of our visitors and guests alike.
