17th Batch of FBSE Training

Another successful milestone for ISHAREPA: we conducted the 17th Batch of the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Training on May 12, 2026, at the UNP Hostel Function Hall, in collaboration with the Department of Tourism Region 1 and the University of Northern Philippines.

The training gathered hospitality and tourism professionals committed to promoting the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence through genuine hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
